1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Mosaic Pro or Mosaic Ultra subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to premium features until the end of your current active billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since Mosaic AI is a direct-to-user digital software service that delivers immediate value, computing bandwidth, and premium model credits instantly upon transaction, we generally **do not offer refunds** for partial billing periods or unused credits.

However, if you encounter a double-billing event, technical transaction error, or platform failure on our end, please reach out within 48 hours of the transaction. We will inspect, verify, and resolve approved claims within 5-7 business days.
