Clear, detailed listings of all subscription products, dynamic features, limits, and pricing are transparently presented to users in the subscription dashboard and payment checkout sections.

3. Subscription, Billing & Currency Conversion

• Fees: Premium access tiers (Mosaic Pro, Mosaic Ultra) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected by the user.
• Payment Processors: We partner with industry-standard, fully compliant payment gateways (Razorpay and PayPal) to securely handle transactions. No credit/debit card details are stored directly on our servers.
• Currency & Conversions: Supported base transactions are processed in Indian Rupee (INR) and US Dollar (USD), with automatic real-time conversion rates available for international clients.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time through the billing dashboard. Due to the immediate computation, API resource allocation, and instant digital provisioning of AI services, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All cancellation requests, technical failures, or billing discrepancies are subject to our strict Cancellation & Refund Policy.
